Podcast vs Blogging

Well. I think podcast is much better than blogging. Podcasting is audio and blogging is text. If you could hear me talk about this in stead of reading this blog don't you think it would be much more easy and fun. Plus in podcasting you can put music or any other sound effects into it. However blogging all you have is a bit of text with maybe a link to a website like YouTube or something so you can see what there talking about. Plus there is no room for spelling mistake's in podcast's than blogging. I find it much more fun to listen to read. I mean i can't speak for you but am sure you would find it more fun to. If i wanted to read something i would like for a book or read a book online. Not go about reading blogs. If it was a blog about something i was interested in then yes maybe i would read it but even then i think it would be more better to listen to a person talk about it. Blogging you always have to think about what you write. Podcasting means you can just sit back with your mic and just talk about anything even if it's on a subject there is always a chance of just talking about random stuff.
Blogging means that you can't hear my tone of voice. I mean right now i could be very angry screaming these words about in my head while i write them down. However in a podcast at least you can hear my tone of voice and get a feel on what type of mood am in. e.g happy, funny and sad. Unless i put *sad face* or :( then your not going to no how my reaction or mood is. That's my i think podcasting is better because it give you a better feel on how the person podcasting really feels.

Well i think this girl got the right idea!. There is nothing to do!!!! find myself thinking about what i can do with friends all the time. However nothing comes to mind. There are no cinemas, no good activities centres that people aged 15-17 can go to. I think its just wrong. I mean come on. They build new parks and tar the roads but did they ever think, What about a cinema?? Of course not because it's Glenrothes!. I have lived here for 16 years now and after a while. You just think......."What a shit whole!" I would have more fun watching paint dry than what there is to do in Glenrothes. Don't get me wrong Glenrothes is my home and i respect that but how the council think that taring the roads and making new park's for ages 5-10 is making it any better. Glenrothes got the award for the worst town in fife. So why don't they think of making it better by making new place's to go!. The town center is half full because of the credit crunch. Shop's are closing!! so now we really do have nothing to do!!. I also have to ask why they are closing the shops in Glenrothes anyways. I mean big company's have lots of stores around the UK but which one do they close????? THE ONE IN GLENROTHES!!!!. What's that about??

But anyways. I think that the crime level would go down if there were places to go and things to do. Young people are going out onto the street's drink because there is nothing to do. If they want crime levels to go down then MAKE NEW THINGS!!!.

Susan Boyle Quitting!

Susan Boyle said she would be leaving Britain's Got Talent. Well i think i can safely say!! NO ONE CARES!!!!!

I think she is pig headed. Did you the way she acts! she has no respect for the other contestants on the show. Plus she can sing but not as well as people are making out. I don't see how she is getting so much publicity than other people to! i mean some of the our acts such as…”2 Grand”,” Julian Smith” and “Flawless”. There is more i could name but that just show’s that more acts show be getting more publicity than her!

she even started bad on her Simi final piece! but yet she still said that she was the shit and even said when asked the question. how was your nerves she said “What nerves?”. I mean come on!!! Big headed or what!

See maybe she is only threaten to  leave to get even more publicity. Which if true then just show’s you the type of person she is!

Big Brother

What is it with “Big Brother” its been on and off TV for the past 4- 6 years!!! its the biggest load of shit ever made. I didn’t really think people would want to sit down after a long hard days work turn on there TV and watch people sit and talk in a house!!! i mean really could they get any sadder??? 

“ OMG did you see him?, He moved his arm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” That would probably be the highlight of one of there episodes! :L:L  or maybe one of them made a cup of coffee!!!!

I really don’t get it. I mean do you like Watching people sit down in a house for like a hour? 
Have you noticed that in the past 2 “Big Brother’s” there has been a person kicked out for racist comments? I mean i got to give the producer that put them in there for the great work he/she did!.

I got told so many times that “Big Brother” would be ending after the 4 or 5 one!! but then i looked at my TV today and what do you no!!! another one!!! i did picture myself with a shotgun blowing my brains out as soon as i seen that! but…what you going to do eh?

You no what else i hate. The people that go in there and are really cocky. However they get kicked out in the first week or so!, so i don’t really don’t care about them to much! They go about acting just trying to impress the views, hoping they will get a record contract when they get out! when really they sound like shit! and i (a viewer) would pay them to shut up!.

Blogging

well.....blogging sucks!. i don't like having to sit here typing away about some random stuff! :D I care nothing about blogging and hope not to do alot of it in my life!
Its the fact you have to think of something to write, unless you already have something to blog about because that's easy. Then you have to type what you think and do it in a way that keeps you reading and interested. However i wouldn't really care that much if you just close your browser down and stop reading this! :D
i don't really like reading blogs myself but your always going to come across one. Which makes me think how you came across this one??
However am pretty sure i have only had like 10 views for each of my blogs and most of them are from my class!!!!!! so that sucks!! but thanks for reading anyways...!
So to sum up.....Blogs = fail! for me! :D

Blink 182

Blink 182 are back! :D they have already started recording there new album and plan on touring the world again! The group's friendship is yet again strong as ever!. We should be able to hear there new song's in summer 2009. However i am left asking myself if the group will fall out again! (I hope not) You never no what might happen. Also will there music be as good as it once was?? however am sure it will be! :D so good on the guys for getting back! and i cant wait on there new songs! :D

Easter

you piss away money on chocolate eggs when you can buy a normal chocolate bar for much less!
and what is it with the price of eggs these days!!! its like £5 - £10 worth!. what the hell!!!!!!

sometimes you get a small bag of sweets inside the eggs or in the same box as it! that's like buying shit with a side of shit!! the chocolate is so bad!!!!!
never ever will i get chocolate eggs for anyone! and i hope no one gives me any!
see you are paying like £5 for right but i bet like £3 of that is for the box alone!chocolate would be about 5p its that bad so overall your all getting riped off!!!
now i understand if you have kids, that's fine. because there young and lets face it am sure you would want to make them happy. but i don't agree with people aged 12+ should really getting anything. its the fact that they should have maybe grown out of the whole Easter bunny story.
and whats with that!! how did that all start by the way!? they got the idea for Easter from a rock that was the door to Jesus's grave!!!! are people saying that if i went out and seen a rock that looked like a box! maybe every year we should make box sized chocolate!!!! No!!!!!!!

Adam smith going broke!

I have been told from source's from the office's of Adam Smith College. That in around 2 years Adam smith college's will be closing down due to the lack of funding from the Government.

The government are making big cuts in Education in the next few years and it looks like over half of Adam Smith college's are going to close because they can't get the right Equipment etc... to offer the student the right Learning experience. Why are they cutting the funding you might ask. Will as am sure your all well aware of the credit crunch. This is affecting the education system more than the government would have thought.

This means if your in a Course That is going to last 2 years or more. Then you may not be given the chance to do your exams or meet your deadlines.

Adam smith are not happy about this and i think are planing on make a statement to all students. They are also be e-mailing every student on there student e-mail accounts.

This come's at a hard time for Adam smith. They already had interviews with over 100,000 people for course that will cover the next 2 or more years.

I think this is a major blow to our education system. I feel the government should be making cuts in other areas than this one. Lets face it. the UK does not have the best IQ records in the world now do we?. This also make's me think about other college's and that fact that they might have to close. I only have one question. Where are people going to go to learn????. You can't just get a job as a manger and go in on your first day an not have a clue on what to do.

Well i think i'll leave it at that to see what you guys/girls have to say about this.

Microsoft Price

Why is it that Microsoft make it there mission to make everything high in price. They seem to be the only company that makes everything they make have a big price tag on it. Games from Microsoft are in the area of £40-£50. Now i understand that because even Sony and Nintendo make there new games around that price.

Its just when it come to things like add-ons for game is like you always have to pay over £5 nothing is ever free!. Sony's online is free! but is Microsoft's??? NO!. You have to pay for xbox live. £5 for one month, £15 month and £40 for 12 months. I think Microsoft should make xbox live free. It would make people alot happier. Lets face it Microsoft need the money after the whole deal about the Xbox 360 Major hardware failer's or as gamers like to call the Red ring of Death (RROD). After you get the RROD then you must send it to Microsoft for repairs. The funny thing is that Microsoft was well aware of this problem when they started to sell the Xbox 360. Plus if your Xbox 360 gets the RROD after the Warranty runs out you have to pay for the Xbox (That they broke) To get repaired.

And dont even get me started on the call centres of Microsoft. It takes around 5mins now just to get to talk to one of there oparatetors. Its a joke!. Then they just repeat themself over and over to just waste time and make my phone bill just abit higher in cost. But it then comes to the point when they say we will pick it up in 2days time and it will be away for 5 WEEKS!. Why does it take that long if they no what the problem is and the ware house its going to is in the same country???? Its like them saying "Yeah, we no your angry but Hi! were just going to piss you off a bit more."

You might ask "Then why do you still buy from Microsof?" Well my answer is "I dont no" Even tho it costs to play Xbox Live. Its good playing with Friends on games and i cant play with them on the Playstation 3 from Sony because they dont have one. Which i hate them for... But dont tell them i said that.

Well just writing this made me a bit angry with Microsoft so i'll leave it here for the now!

Am going to blog a bit different this week about the new movie coming soon to cinemas on 6th March 2009. From Warner Bros. Pictures brings the movie “Watchmen” From just watching the trailers i really want to watch it.

The plot can be told like this “When an ex-superhero is murdered, a vigilante named Rorschach begins an investigation into the murder, which begins to lead to a much more terrifying conclusion.” From just reading that I was in suspense.

Zack Snyder is the Director of this movie and from his past work like “300” and “Dawn of the Dead” am sure in saying he has probably made a good job of this one. This would be his 3rd movie he has directed.

So overall i cant wait for this movie and am willing to spend £20 to go see it. But what do u think of it?

New Doctor Who actor is youngest ever!

Matt Smith has been named as the actor who will take over from David Tennant in Doctor Who - making him the youngest actor to take on the role.

At 26, Smith is three years younger than Peter Davison when he signed up to play the fifth Doctor in 1981.

Smith will first appear on TV screens as the 11th Doctor in 2010.

He was cast over Christmas and will begin filming for the fifth series of Doctor Who in the summer. Tennant is filming four specials in 2009.

Smith was named as Tennant's replacement in Saturday's edition of Doctor Who Confidential on BBC One.

He said: "I've got this wonderful journey in front of me where I've got this six months to build this Time Lord - and that's such an exciting prospect."

Piers Wenger, head of drama at BBC Wales, said that as soon as he had seen Smith's audition he "knew he was the one".

"It was abundantly clear that he had that 'Doctor-ness' about him," he said. "You are either the Doctor or you are not."

He has also acted opposite Piper in the follow-up, The Shadow in the North, and in ITV2's Secret Diary of a Call Girl.

In 2007, he had a leading role in BBC Two's political drama Party Animals, in which he played a parliamentary researcher.

Smith's stage work has included stints with theatre companies such as the Royal Court and National Theatre. His West End debut was in Swimming With Sharks opposite Christian Slater.

He was born in Northampton in 1982 and studied drama and creative writing at the University of East Anglia.

The star is due to begin shooting the first special this month, just weeks after surgery on his back forced him to pull out of a London run of Hamlet.

The last of these special episodes is expected to run in early 2010.

With a new creative team in place for the 2010 series led by executive producers Steven Moffat and Piers Wenger, the casting of the Doctor was the first job to be completed before scripts could be finalised.

Doctor Who began in 1963, and seven actors played the Doctor before the show was dropped in 1989.

After a TV movie in 1996 - starring Paul McGann - the TV series returned in 2005 with Christopher Eccleston in the lead role. Tennant took over the same year.

Warner 'puts all DC movies on hold'

David Goyer has revealed that Warner Brothers have halted work on all upcoming movies based on DC Comics.
The Dark Knight co-writer confirmed that development on forthcoming features such as Supermax and Justice League has been stopped indefinitely.
"A lot of the DC movies at Warner Brothers are all on hold while they figure out, they're going to come up with some new plan, methodology, things like that so everything has just been pressed pause on at the moment," he told IESB.
Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and the sequel to 2006's Superman Returns have also been affected.
"It was the double header of both Iron Man and The Dark Knight coming out," he added. "I think DC was responsible for 15% of Warner Brother's revenue this year, something crazy like that, so they realised that comic books, it's become a new genre, one of the most successful genres."
